R. Scott Oswald, managing principal of The Employment Law Group® law firm, spoke at September 27, 2008 program titled, “Knowing Your Legal Rights” from 3:50pm – 4:50 pm. The program, was part of Out for Work’s 4th Annual National Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, and Ally College Student Conference, focused on educating LGBT college students of their legal rights against sexual orientation discrimination as they make the transition from academia to the workplace.
