Katherine Mars

Katherine (Katie) Mars is an evening law student at the Catholic University of America’s Columbus School of Law, where she is expected to graduate in 2027. Prior to joining The Employment Law Group® law firm, she worked in the higher education and nonprofit industries doing violence prevention and anti-trafficking work.

Ms. Mars obtained a bachelor’s in public health and human services from Elon University before moving to Ireland to complete her master’s in international development at University College Dublin. In her spare time, she enjoys playing mahjong, attempting new crochet projects, and spending time with her family and friends.
