Senior Client Services Specialist

Lucy Dagnillo

Lucy Dagnillo is a Senior Client Services Specialist at The Employment Law Group® law firm. When people reach out to TELG seeking legal help, there’s a good chance that Ms. Dagnillo will be the first person they meet. She handles calls and inquiries from potential clients and acts as the first step in the client intake process. Every day, Ms. Dagnillo speaks with people who have been wrongfully terminated, discriminated against at their job, or otherwise mistreated at work.

Ms. Dagnillo’s goal is to understand a person’s situation regarding their employment and then guide them through TELG’s intake process. Ms. Dagnillo gathers and organizes relevant documentation from the potential client and then assists them in scheduling a consultation with an attorney to discuss their legal matter.

Ms. Dagnillo speaks with about 30 people every day and yet remains meticulous in keeping track of everyone’s cases. She’s fully engaged in every conversation and tries to make people feel comfortable and supported in their decision to contact a law firm. Ms. Dagnillo is proud to know that her approach provides clients with a positive experience that may have an impact on the client’s decision to work with TELG.

Ms. Dagnillo joined the firm in 2011 after graduating from Colorado State University – Fort Collins with a Bachelor of Arts in political science. With aspirations of always becoming an attorney, Ms. Dagnillo has found her role in client services to be just as impactful and a way to continue to pursue her interests as they pertain to the law.

Shortly after joining TELG, Ms. Dagnillo moved back to her home state of Colorado to pursue a master’s degree. With the firm’s full support, she became one of the first employees to work 100% remotely. In 2014, she graduated with a Masters of Applied Science in environmental policy and management from the University of Denver. This degree was obtained because of Ms. Dagnillo’s strong passion for healthy and natural food sources, her past family’s history as farmers, and her desire to positively make an impact on our current food policy, which she’s still passionate about today.

Outside of work, Ms. Dagnillo does her best to live an active and balanced lifestyle. Not only does she enjoy going to the gym on a regular basis and doing outdoor activities like hiking, but she is also a certified Atma Yoga instructor. Ms. Dagnillo currently leads “Deskercise” classes at TELG, offering gentle stretching and yoga poses one can do at their desk, as well as mindful meditation sessions for our staff. When not being active or on the job, you can find Ms. Dagnillo spending time with her husband Jarrod and her favorite cats Cheddar, Luna, and Cappy.
