Rosamond Kopczynski is a legal fellow at The Employment Law Group® law firm. Prior to joining the firm, they worked as an associate general counsel at the National Treasury Employees Union. She returns to the firm after having worked as a law clerk in the rewards practice several years ago.

Mx. Kopczynski earned their J.D. from the New York University School of Law in May 2023, where they were on the editorial staff of NYU Law Moot Court Board and the production team for NYU’s Law Revue. Mx. Kopczynski graduated magna cum laude from The George Washington University in Washington, D.C., where they earned a Bachelor of Arts in International Affairs.

Mx. Kopczynski is licensed to practice law in the District of Columbia and holds associate status in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
