WASHINGTON, D.C. (July 10, 2025) — For the fifth year in a row, the renowned Chambers & Partners has recognized The Employment Law Group® law firm and two of its principal attorneys for their work in labor and employment law.
Chambers, a prestigious legal directory, assesses lawyers and law firms all over the world through extensive research and interviews. It is considered by many to be one of the most difficult legal rankings for which to be selected.
Managing principal R. Scott Oswald and TELG as a whole are ranked in Band 1 — the highest tier — under the “Labor & Employment: Mainly Plaintiffs” category. Principal Adam Carter is currently ranked in Band 2.
Mr. Oswald, Mr. Carter, and TELG as a whole first joined the ranks in 2021 and have been honored every year since.
The Chambers research process involves interviewing clients and colleagues, reviewing recent successes, and conducting market research. Firms and individual lawyers are ranked based on technical legal ability, professional conduct, client service, and other qualities.
