She made repeated disclosures relating to inadequate staffing during cardiac catheterization procedures. Management resented her persistent and courageous attempts to keep our veterans safe and retaliated against her on several occasions. TELG took her case to the Merit Systems Protection Board, which found that she was passed over for a promotion in retaliation for her efforts to keep her patients safe.
