WASHINGTON, D.C. (May 29, 2025) — Super Lawyers, a Thomson Reuters legal rating service, honored all principal attorneys at The Employment Law Group® law firm in its 2025 survey. This marks the first time that all seven TELG principals have been simultaneously honored.
Kellee Boulais Kruse and Michael Vogelsang — both previously named to the company’s Rising Stars list in 2019 — joined the Super Lawyers list for the first time. As in previous years, R. Scott Oswald, Nicholas Woodfield, and Adam Carter were once again named Super Lawyers, and Janel Quinn and Anita Mazumdar Chambers were again recognized as Rising Stars.
Mr. Oswald, Mr. Woodfield, and Mr. Carter were additionally honored on the 2025 “Top 100” list for Washington, D.C. Lawyers.
Super Lawyers chooses its “outstanding attorneys” through a multiphase process. According to its website, attorneys are selected based on peer evaluations and independent research, which considers factors like successful verdicts and involvement in the legal community.
About 5% of practicing lawyers in the U.S. are selected to the Super Lawyers list each year. For the Rising Stars list — which is limited to attorneys who have been in practice for 10 years or less or are 40 years old or younger — the number is smaller. Only the top 2.5% of lawyers in each state are named Rising Stars.
Since 2012, TELG attorneys have been recognized by Super Lawyers. In 2015, Mr. Oswald made his first appearance on the “Top 100” list for D.C., and there has been a TELG principal on the list ever since.
