TELG Principals Honored as Best Lawyers in America for 15 Years

WASHINGTON, D.C. (August 20, 2026) — The 2027 edition of the peer-reviewed list The Best Lawyers in America marks the 15th year of TELG principals R. Scott Oswald and Nicholas Woodfield being honored for their work in employment law.

This edition also marks the 10th year that TELG principal Adam Carter is recognized and the third year in a row that all seven principal attorneys at The Employment Law Group® law firm have been recognized on either the Best Lawyers list or its Ones to Watch list.

For over 40 years, Best Lawyers has published its rigorous peer rankings of private-practice attorneys. Tens of thousands of attorneys are evaluated every year by other lawyers in their practice area and region.

Only about 5% of practicing U.S. attorneys earn the title of “Best Lawyer.” TELG principal attorneys were honored as Best Lawyers in the following categories:

Ms. Chambers was recognized in the categories “Labor and Employment Law – Employee” and “Litigation – Labor and Employment.”
