Anahi Hernandez is a project assistant at The Employment Law Group® law firm. She graduated summa cum laude from American University in 2023, where she received her Bachelor of Arts in Justice and Law and a certificate in sociology. While at AU, Ms. Hernandez interned with Recipe for Change and Juvenile-in-Justice, as she has a strong passion for supporting individuals impacted by the legal system. She also worked as a barista on and off campus, which helped fund her education and build community.

Born and raised in Chicago, Ms. Hernandez has been living in D.C. since August of 2019 and enjoys reading, swimming, and riding her bike when not at work.
