Originally from White Plains, New York, Mrs. Hernacki graduated from the University of Maryland at College Park in 2006 with a B.A. in Government & Politics. She joined The Employment Law Group^® law firm in October of 2007, and most recently she worked as a Legal Recruiting Assistant at Covington & Burling LLP in Washington, D.C.
