Ryan Steele was born and raised on a farm in rural Alaska. He graduated from the University of Alaska, Fairbanks with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and a minor in Criminal Justice. He has interned at the Fairbanks Courthouse as a Restorative Justice Coordinator, where he met with offenders in order to have sentences dropped in exchange for community services. He also interned as judicial clerk, where he opened criminal case files and assisted judges for any filing needs.
While working as an intern for Senator Dan Sullivan in 2019, Mr. Steele became fascinated with the D.C. area and its connection to history and politics. After he finished his degree in 2020, he moved to the city and has since joined The Employment Law Group® law firm. After gaining some law firm experience, Mr. Steele plans on pursuing a law degree.
