Joshua D. Elliott is an associate at The Employment Law Group® law firm. Mr. Elliott works on a variety of employment matters, including whistleblower retaliation, employment discrimination, executive compensation, IRS whistleblower claims, and cases brought under the False Claims Act. Prior to joining TELG, Mr. Elliott worked in the intellectual property practice group at Crowell & Moring, LLP
Mr. Elliott received his J.D. from the Georgetown University Law Center in May 2019. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree with distinction in Public Policy and Political Science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. At UNC, Mr. Elliott completed an undergraduate thesis on tier capital requirements for financial institutions. He also spent a semester studying at the Sorbonne University in Paris, France.
Mr. Elliott is licensed to practice law in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
