Monica Murguia is a part-time law student at the University of Denver and expects to graduate in May 2025. She has served as a staff editor on Denver Law Review and a member of their diversity, equity, and inclusion committee. Ms. Murguia was also a student attorney in the University of Denver’s Advancing Social Change Clinic in spring 2023.

Before joining The Employment Law Group® law firm, Ms. Murguia served as a COVID-19 case investigator and a youth development Peace Corps volunteer in Peru from 2018 to 2019. She also interned extensively throughout her undergraduate studies including at the Supreme Court, House of Representatives, Senate, and a nonprofit. Ms. Murguia double majored in political science and Spanish/Latin American cultures, literatures, and languages at the George Washington University.
