Rachel Cucinella is a legal fellow at The Employment Law Group® law firm. Prior to joining the firm, she worked as a legal intern for Chief Administrative Law Judge Clark Cheney at the U.S. International Trade Commission and as a legal library fellow with the Jacob Burns Law Library.

Ms. Cucinella obtained her J.D. from The George Washington University Law School in May 2023. In May 2019, she graduated from Williams College with a Bachelor of Arts in English and Philosophy.
