Jeanne Louise Heiser has worked on a variety of employment matters involving employment discrimination and retaliation, whistleblower retaliation, qui tams, and breach of contract. She has played an active supporting role in mediations, hearings, and proceedings before administrative, state, and federal tribunals.
Prior to joining TELG in 2014 as a litigation law clerk, Ms. Heiser worked as a paralegal at a law firm specializing in intellectual property. During law school, Ms. Heiser was a member of The George Washington University International Law Review and the Domestic Violence Clinic.
Ms. Heiser received her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science magna cum laude from The George Washington University and her Juris Doctor from The George Washington University Law School. Ms. Heiser was admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth of Virginia in 2016.
